STAY AWAY!!!...after 3 weeks my iPhone has still not been fixed and they can’t inform their customers by when the repairs can be carried out! The only way to contact them is via hotline or email there is no direct communication possible with the shop, thus problematic if you live outside of Bern! I’ll update this review once I get my iPhone...

0 Sterne unfreudndlich, unproffesionell Handy wurde nicht wie versprochen nach 1 Woche fertig gestellt sondern nach 1 Monat. Wurde nicht wie versprochen gemeldet musste 3x Anrufen bzw. auf denn Rūckruf warten vergebens Iphone unauffindbar... Dann plōtzlich Iphone ist abholbereit \u200d️
